Fred H. — Managing Director
Fred is an entrepreneur and senior executive with over 20 years of experience across engineering, management consulting, and corporate strategy. He co-founded Byson with a clear mission: to build world-class brands that elevate everyday built environments, bringing engineering rigour and strategic discipline to every aspect of how those brands operate.
Before founding Byson, Fouad held senior leadership roles at IBM Consulting, where he led large-scale data and AI transformation programmes for major Canadian institutions, and at ESG Solutions (a Spectris plc company), where he served as General Manager and member of the Executive Team. He was previously a Senior Consultant at L.E.K. Consulting in London, and served as Advisory Board Member at the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management.
Fred holds a BSc in Engineering Physics and an MSc in Mechanical Engineering from Queen's University, Canada, and an MBA (First Class Honours) from the University of Cambridge, UK. He is a licensed Professional Engineer of Ontario (P.Eng).
Sarah M. — Sales & Marketing Director
Sarah leads Byson's commercial strategy, client relationships, and marketing operations across the US and Canadian markets. She brings nearly two decades of experience across e-commerce, digital marketing, and data analytics — underpinned by an earlier career as a health economist at IMS Health and WG Consulting (WPP Group), working on market access strategy for pharmaceutical and medical device clients across the EU and US. That analytical foundation shapes how Byson approaches commercial strategy, platform performance, and client growth.
Sarah holds a BSc (First Class) in Economics from Brunel University, UK, and an MSc in International Health Policy (Health Economics) from the London School of Economics, UK.
Nigel M. — Director of International Procurement
Nigel is the founder and Managing Director of CRW Ltd, Byson's sister company in London, which he established in 2001 and has led for over 25 years. His deep manufacturing relationships, procurement expertise, and supply chain infrastructure across global markets are a direct and tangible benefit to every Byson client.
Our leadership team is hands-on and directly involved in project consultations, supplier oversight, and client relationships. When you work with Byson, you work with people who are personally accountable for the outcome.
