Sliding PVC Strip Curtain Kit - 8ft W x 10ft H (or similar) opening

Complete kit - comes with everything needed right out of the box to have your curtain up within minutes.

Includes

• Strip Curtain
  • 16x PVC Strips, 10ft (30% overlap)
    • Size - 2.0mm x 8in 
    • Type - Smooth Standard 
      
    • Color - Clear with Blue tint
      
    • Stainless Steel Curtain Plates preinstalled 
  • 2x 1.2 meter (48in) Stainless Steel Hanging Rails

  • 8x Single Strut 2 Wheel Trolleys with Mounting Hardware
  • 5x Strut Trolley U-Shaped Hanger Brackets with Mounting Hardware

• 2x Slotted Strut Channels, 10ft (12 or 14 Gauge)

Installation

1. Mount Angle Connectors to wall  
   1. 2x Connectors per strut (total x4), and 1x Connector at the intended join point of the Struts
   2. Mark installation points on wall
   3. It is recommended to drill through the wall and secure the Connectors using threaded rod (Byson Mounting Hardware Set can be used)
2. Secure Hanger Brackets to Angle Connectors
3. Install Struts in Hanger Brackets
   1. Note: For smooth movement of trolleys, care must be taken to ensure Struts are secured tightly in the Brackets (Cross Bolt & Nut must be used), and positioned such that Strut ends at the joint point are tightly/snugly abutted
4. Secure Trolleys to holes in Hanging Rails (4x Trolleys per Rail, total x8)
5. Hang PVC Strips on Hanging Rails

• The Curtain Plates allow the strips to be easily hung onto the rail. This makes it easy to put strips on or replace damaged ones
