System Overview

• The Byson Sliding Meat Rail System is the perfect modular, easy to install DIY solution for ceiling mounted meat hanging applications
• Ideal for meat processing, transfer from loading areas / kill rooms to walk in coolers, as well as storage in walk in coolers / cold rooms or refrigerated trailers (reefers) for mobile butchers / meat transport
• Perfect for all kinds of meat including beef, goat, lamb, deer, elk, etc. for butchers, hunters, homesteaders and more
• Supports 400-500lb load (evenly distributed) per 2 Support Clamp Sets over a  32" (maximum) section

Components

• Byson Channel Rail - available in 3.25ft or 6.5ft lengths 
  • Anodized aluminum
  • 5mm thick x 40mm height x 52mm width 
• Byson Channel Support Clamp Sets, stainless steel
  • Available with Stop Chain (usually used at ends of rail system to stop hooks from sliding out) or without Stop Chain (Standard) 
  • Installed at ends of rail system, all join points of Channel Rails / Bends, and as required throughout system to ensure spacing of 24"-32" is maintained 
  • Enable a modular approach to build longer systems
• Byson Mounting Hardware Set for Channel Support Clamp Sets, Stainless Steel
  • 1 Hardware set requires per 1 Support Clamp Set
  • Includes 5/16" stainless steel hardware - 2x 10" threaded rods, 2x square plate washers, 2x penny washers, 2x lock nuts, 2x hex nuts
• Byson Channel Bends, cast aluminum - available in L or U shape
• Byson Heavy Duty Sliding Channel Meat Hooks, stainless steel
  • Single or Double Hook
  • Lengths of Standard (7.25", for 7-8' ceilings) or Long (22.5", for 9-10' ceilings) 
• Byson Heavy Duty Sliding Eyelet, stainless steel
